GIPPSAERO EXPANDS MANUFACTURING FACILITY FOR NEW AIRCRAFT

GippsAero has commenced work to construct a 1200 square meter assembly hall which
will be utilized for construction of the upcoming GA10; a 'stretched' version of the
successful GA8 Airvan utility aircraft.
40 years ago this month the Australian designed and built GAF Nomad multi role aircraft first flew.
A healthy number of Nomads are still active around the world and Australian aircraft manufacturer
GippsAero, a Mahindra Aerospace Company, is working hard to bring its Nomad based GA18 twin
turbine multi role aircraft into production.

GippsAERO, the Aircraft manufacturing division of Mahindra Aerospace, and Rolls Royce today
announced the signing of an agreement to partner on engine technology for a new aircraft.
GippsAERO, the Australian manufacturer of the GA8 Airvan multi-purpose utility aircraft, has today
announced plans to establish an assembly plant in North America to meet local demand for the aircraft.

GippsAERO, the Australian manufacturer of the GA8 Airvan, has launched an
aggressive dealership program for North America at the Annual EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh. The company
has set an objective of securing in the next 12 months an effective dealership network able to support our
increased demand across the North American continent.
PRINCE FÉLIX OF LUXEMBOURG PRESENTS GA8 AIRVAN TO CERCLE PARA - LUXEMBOURG’S SKYDIVE CLUB

Prince Félix of Luxembourg recently presented a new GA-8TC 320 Turbo-
Charged Airvan to Cercle Para, Luxembourg’s Skydive Club. The Prince presented the aircraft on behalf of
the Luxembourg government who contributed to its purchase.
GippsAero offers a number of pre-owned normally aspirated GA8 Airvan aircraft for sale:
The aircraft will be factory refurbished and offered for sale with a two-year or 500 hours (whichever occurs first) airframe warranty. Vendor warranty will apply for all existing vendor equipment.
Each Airvan will have all mandatory Service Bulletins and a number of Optional SB incorporated, and be offered with either a new or Lycoming factory re-manufactured engine.
Final aircraft pricing will depend on customer specifications and requirements, and whether the customer opts for a new or a re-manufactured engine.
For the operators with their own engineering capability, GippsAero will consider sale of these aircraft on a "Where Is - As Is" basis.
